Overview


The TOD 050 is tunable optical detector designed specifically for optical channel monitoring. It is designed to continuously sweep the C-band or L-band where DWDM channels are transmitted on 200, 100 or 50 GHz spacings.

Applications:


The TOD 050 is the most effective solution for embedded DWDM monitoring within self-managed optical amplifier and ROADM modules.

The evaluation kit comes with a graphical user interface that provides the user with access to all the necessary settings and is able to save the scanned readout data automatically.
